My Hugo

My Hugo

To be honest, this was the first time I ever made a Hugo – and I absolutely loved it. There is a splash of gin, just a hint, then lime, mint and a teeny-tiny bit of orange blossom water. Perfect.

Ingredients

10 ml gin
100 – 120 ml Prosecco
just few mint leaves
1,5 lime wedges
4 drops of orange blossom water
lots of ice
Belvoir elderflower presse

Prepare

Put ice in the glass (I use a glass for approx 300 ml). Pour gin into a glass. Tuck in some mint leaves, squeeze of half the lime, and add a lime wedge. Top up half with Prosecco and the other half with elderflower lemonade.
